We were so thankful to have volunteer groups from Orion Energy Systems and NextEra Energy Point Beach help out this fall with updating our tree protection to keep our young trees safe from deer rubs this season, giving each tree a better chance at successfully establishing and growing! 🌳🌳🌳
We also had some heavy lifters busy getting some of our excess landscape materials moved to our dumpster for clean up.
Lastly, a core group came together and dedicated much of their summer free time to polishing the Franciscan Gardens in preparation for the Wine Walk.
Things are looking really good around the arboretum these days, and volunteers are a vital piece of the puzzle! We truly appreciate the help and support of each and every one of these individuals over the season.
